The manufacturer of AIM Herbal Fiberblend recommended their users to increase the dose over time. Any one can start by taking 1 teaspoon twice a day and slowly increase to the maximum does (1 teaspoon for 150lbs, 1 and a half teaspoons for 150lbs – 200lbs).
AIM Herbal Fiberblend is no recommended to take for long term because they have harsh ingredients in it such as cascara sagrada. After taking it for sometime, rest for a while and take again.Most of the ingredients are natural herbs which reduce lots of health risks.
