Cleanse Smart is a colon cleanser and one of the health products from Renew Life. The company was co-founded by Brenda Watson, a colon therapist who developed Cleanse Smart. The company provides lots of other supplements, health products and books.
Cleanse Smart is a 30-Day cleansing program that consists 2 steps- the morning formula and afternoon. The product is formulated to target seven channels of elimination including the liver, bowels, lungs, lymphatic system, kidney, Adrenal Gland, skin and blood.
Cleanse smart comes in a capsule form with herbal ingredients. The morning formula contains Milk Thistle Seed, Artichoke Leaf, Ashwagandha Root, Burdock Root, Hawthorn Berry, Beet Leaf, Bupleurum Root, Corn Silk, Dandelion Root, Mullein Leaf, Red Clover Flower and Turmeric Root. The evening formula contains Magnesium hydroxide, Cape Aloe Gel, Rhubarb Root, Slippery Elm Bark, Marshmallow Root, Fennel Seed, Ginger Root and Triphala.
It doesn’t contain Cascara Sagrada and Senna which is ‘harsh’ to the body and couldn’t be use for long term. Therefore, a 30-Day cleanse will be quite safe. Since there’s no animal product used, it is ok for vegetarians to take.
Since there’re no ‘harsh’ ingredients involved, some people find it too gentle to cleanse their body effectively and remove most of the wastes and toxins. The instruction to take Cleanse Smart is easy. Take 2 casules in the morning and 2 at night. Each box contains enough tablets for 30 days.
Cleanse Smart couldn’t be bought from the manufacturer itself but available from many affiliates such as Amazon. It is advisable to compare prices over different websites before choosing to buy from them. The price can range from$18 to $28.
