The instruction to use Colotrim is very simple: one capsule in the morning and one during the bedtime. Although the way Colotrim is promoted is a little over-exaggerated, the company never hide their ingredients. The ingredients of Colotrim are:

Once you take up their free trial program, the company will ship you their product automatically and bill you. It provides convenience to their customers but there are independent complaints about the billing process.
