Take 1 tablet twice in a day- morning and night. After 3-4 days, if you don’t have 2 bowel movements everyday, increase to 2 capsules per serving for a total of 4 per day. You may increase to 3 capsules per serving in order to achieve a healthy 2 bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 3 capsules per serving without consulting your healthcare provider.
Phase 2 is the Total Body Cleanse. The company claims that it is used to work with hase 1 to help increase the energy levels and stabilize emotional imbalances during the process of colon cleansing. The ingredients are Green Tea Powder, Fennel Seed, Dandelion, Hawthorn Berries, Yarrow Flower, Marshmallow Root, Ginger, Fenugreek Seed, Peppermint Leaf, Red Clover Leaf, Burdock Root, Red Raspberry Leaf, Chickweed Leaf, Papaya Leaf, Kelp, Plantain Herb, Slippery Elm Bark, Yellow Dock, Milk Thistle Seed, Alfalfa, Beet Root, Gingko Biloba. Green tea is a good antioxidant which is popularly used for general health. Ginko biloba helps blood circulation in our body.
