NuCleanse is another colon cleansers in the market. It is a 28 days program. Nucleanse is advertised as an “As Seen on TV” product. It is a 2 part formula.

Part 1 is the cleansing part of the formula. The ingredients are Milk Thistle seed extract, wasabi 4:1 extract, red clover, dandelion, black cohosh and much more. These herbs that support our body’s key organs which are involved filtering and eliminating waste material. These organs include liver, lungs, kidney, blood and lymphatic system. When these organs start to work efficiently, they will stir up toxins and waste.

Part 2 is the detoxify process which continues what’s left behind by Part 1. Once the toxins are stirred up, the ingredients will support the body to eliminate them out through colon, lungs and skin. The “Detoxify” formula also enhances our body’s natural processes to move these toxins out from the body. The ingredients in part 2 includes cascara sagrada, fennel seed, ginger root, licorice root, etc.

Part 2 contains cascara sagrada, which is a harsh ingredients that is not encouraged to take for long term. The capsules are made with gelatin which is not suitable for non-vegetarian. It is recommended to take one capsule from each formula with water in the evening. Preferably on an empty or partially empty stomach. Nu cleanse is designed to be taken in 60 day cycles, which means taking nu cleanse for 30 days and rest for 30 days.
