Super Colon Cleanse has only a few and very simple ingredients. The ingredients are mostly fiber and used to increase elimination in the user. Part of the ingredients are psyllium husk and senna. Some people find senna has harsh effects and not encouraged to use for a long period. Both have laxatives effects to our body. Like most colon cleansers, Super Colon Cleanse is not evaluated by FDA.
Another important ingredients in Super Colon Cleanse are fennel, peppermint, papaya, celery, buckthorn bark and acidophilus. These ingredients mainly support our digestive system. There are also iron in the product which make it not suitable for some people.
