Triple Nutrition Cleanse is a 3 parts program which is to be taken over 21 days.

The first part is the Colon Prep. It is designed to get the colon prepared and ready for the actual colon cleansing. It will calm the colon and create the environment with zinc, Echinacea, ginger and peppermint. For your information, zinc is a good mineral supplement for general health, Echinacea is a popular herb used for boosting our body’s immune system, ginger is a certified herb for detox and peppermint is good for general health.

It comes in capsule form and it is to be taken twice per day- lunch and dinner.

The second part is the Flush. This is the part where the actual colon cleansing happens.
